My mom had gallbladder surgery when I was about 10. I remember very well how painful it was for before they diagnosed the problem. I hope all goes well for you and you are on the road to recovery very soon .
Oh goodness!! I had my gallbladder removed almost 2 years ago. I had NO idea how much pain I was really in until they removed it. I even had a trip to the ER as well. I will tell you that you will feel like a new person when its gone! There can be side effects than can haunt you for a bit (not appropriate to post on a forum) but you'll never regret the surgery.
I hope you make a super speedy recovery!! And you will be missed... but don't worry you'll have a bit of bed time after surgery to catch up with all us gals!
That was so sweet of your husband... you know you have a winner when they are ready to get you a doll!

That was so sweet!! Of course I didnt do it lol but the thought of him being willing to go home to get me a doll was to precious! I think I'll keep him!
I'm so sorry, Starla...be well soon!
Oh honey, you should've told him you wanted another doll and some new outfits for her . . . ;-).
Will be praying for you Starla, hang in there girl.
Good luck! I know you'll be fine!! And before you know it, you'll be back on your feet as good as new.
Starla-
I'm so sorry, and I'm thankful that modern medicine can at least offer you some relief. I hope you have a very speedy recovery!

p.s. what a SWEET husband...I agree, you should keep him.
Wow, you sure can handle pain well. The very fact that you're still on the computer is amazing. I'll be praying for your speedy recovery and that your family will fare well too.
